With the help and support of the University of Kentucky, the Bluegrass Debate Coalition (BDC) has created a robust judge training to prepare individuals for adjudicating a debate round. The training unpacks topic areas from how to use NSDA Campus and Tabroom.com to Writing A Paradigm and Judge Ethics.
The course features eight learning modules, each with an activity recap to complete the module chapter. At the end of the course, individuals may take a course assessment to receive a certificate of completion. Passing grades are scores of 75% or higher.
Once you have completed the course and assessment, submit your results below to receive your Certificate of Completion.
The Bluegrass Debate Coalition seeks to provide free and low-cost debate education in the state of Kentucky. One of the primary means through which we accomplish this goal is by directly assisting elementary, middle, and high school students. Our expert staff curate many low-cost educational resources for BDC students, including a summer camp, after school debate classes, starter evidence packets, and more. With these resources, we hope to provide students across the state of Kentucky with a robust debate education.
