Once Again, BDC Students Excel At Wilson Wyatt Tournament
On December 11th, the Wilson Wyatt Debate League (WWDL) hosted a competition for students in Kentucky. Bluegrass Debate Coalition students participated in the “Novice Public Forum” division and received multiple awards.
Students debated the NSDA topic, “Resolved: Increased United States federal regulation of cryptocurrency transactions and/or assets will produce more benefits than harms.”
In total, two BDC teams advanced to the “Semi-Finals” round and four BDC students received Top 10 speaker awards. A warm congratulations to:
Top Debaters:
Semi-Finalists: Anvi Vaish (Beaumont Middle School) & Aarav Tibrewal (Rosa Parks Elemenetary)
Semi-Finalists: Aryan Rana, (Wellington Elementary), and Aarko Guha, (Rosa Parks Elementary)
Top Speakers:
